Functions at Swan Valley Brewery
Introduction
Welcome to the Swan Valley Brewery!
Our roomy tavern and sprawling gardens are open for the enjoyment of you and your guests. From indoors to outdoors you truly are spoiled for choice.
For groups larger then 20 people we request that you opt into our function package with a designated area for you and your guests. Whilst our normal
menu is still available to larger groups a security deposit will be needed. To secure your booking, we require the Save the Date fee or room hire fee
depending on circumstances to be paid in full on the day of booking and a 50% deposit of the overall food bill to be paid no later then 14 days prior to your event.
We can provide a function planner/ event invoice for your deposit and security of your booking. Should you wish to pay with credit card over the phone please do not hesitate to contact us and we can arrange this promptly for you.
We request that no later then 7 days before your event, you contact us to confirm your catering options, final guest options. It will be at that point that the final run sheet for your event will be generated and distributed. At the 7 day mark no refunds can be given.
Function Areas
The Beer Garden: $250 space hire (for sole occupancy)
Set amongst our outdoor patio seating you will find our relaxed beer garden, with plenty of seating available we can accommodate larger group
numbers. TV and other AV equipment can be provided at an additional cost.
The Courtyard: $150 space hire
Set in front of our brewing pavilion we have our rustic courtyard, equipped with a stage and rustic timber fence covered with fairy lights. With the
ability to accommodate 50 – 75 seated and 75 – 100 cocktail style, the courtyard provides the perfect backdrop for a variety of diƯerent events. TV
and other AV equipment available to hire at an additional cost.
Inside: $500 Room Hire (for sole occupancy)
Set inside our tavern we have a generous area that can house smaller events. Seated we can accommodate 120 guests and 170 cocktail style comfortably. TV and other AV equipment available at an additional cost.

(Screen on wheels for easy movement, 32 inch & 49 inch)
TV’s able to show presentations via BYO laptop utilising HDMI compatibility.
Menu Options
Share Platters: Suitable for 15 – 20 people $100 each
Charcuterie: Two soft cheeses, two hard cheeses, a range of cold meats, grilled chorizo, trio of dips, marinated olives, red onion jam, variety of
crackers and grilled flatbreads.
The ‘Vego’: Two soft cheeses, two hard cheeses, pickled vegetables, trio of dips, grilled flatbread, variety of crackers, marinated olives, gherkins,
seasonal fruits.
Antipasto: Two soft cheeses, two hard cheeses, marinated feta, marinated olives, trio of dips, grilled flatbreads, variety of crackers, capers skewers
and stuffed cherry poppers
Around the World: with a mix of Vietnamese spring rolls, Arancini of the month, Croquettes, Samosa or Spinach & Feta Triangles, Mini Quiche,
Lamb Koftas
Simple: Mini Sausage rolls, Mini Beef Pies, Chicken Wings, Beef Skewers, Onion Rings and Kiev Balls.

Antipasto/ Sweets/ Desserts $ 1200 – $1400
Antipasto combination of cured meats, crackers, nuts, dips, grilled flatbreads, marinated olives, marinated feta, pickled and fresh vegetables, fresh fruit and berries, fresh bread and a combination of soft and hard cheeses. This is then followed up with/ migrated to a combination of mini muffins, caramel tarts, lemon tarts, glazed waffles, caramel slice, churros, mini lemon meringue pies, chocolate mousse cups, mini crème
brûlée, choc covered almonds.
Large Grazing Table (50 – 80 people)
Antipasto/ Fruits $ 1040 – 1240
